We started the monthly KosmoMeet with a minute of silence to honor the memory of fallen defenders of Ukraine.

In May, there were plenty of reasons for good
news:
- congratulated a colleague on the wedding;
- celebrated the successful completion of a probationary period;
- congratulated new employees on the start of their internships;
- reached 5,000 followers on Instagram;
- took part in the Career Fair for the first time
with our own booth and flyers.
We also rewarded our colleagues with KosmoCoins for exceeding expectations, record results, support for the team, and contributions to the company’s image.
Internal changes:
- we improved the Telegram bot for employees;
- we established business goals for all company
departments.
In addition to their work tasks, we also found time to relax together:
- we organized a movie outing
- we went on a team bike ride
May was a month of important achievements
and new records:
- We made our first international shipment of goods to Italy;
- We won the largest tender in Kosmotech’s history;
- We set sales records for the Apacer and SanDisk brands;
- We broke the sales record for memory cards for the second month in a row.
Plans for June:
- Continue supporting the military;
- Complete sales targets;
- Conduct quarterly engagement and eNPS surveys;
- Work on improving the team’s comfort and working conditions.
