In 2011, the first TekhnoYizhak kiosk opened in the Karavan shopping mall in Kharkiv. Back then, you were among the first to show that this format could grow into a large retail chain. Today, TekhnoYizhak has more than 100 retail locations, welcoming showrooms, and is one of the strongest Apple experts on the market.
We’ve always enjoyed visiting you in Kharkiv. We remember your great office, your young team, and the energetic atmosphere. After meeting with your people, we feel inspired to go home and immediately work on improving ourselves.
We share your approach to the customer experience. You were among the first to transform an electronics store into a space where people come not only to shop, but also to experience something special: vinyl records, books, interesting interior details, and an atmosphere that feels more like a stylish lifestyle space than a typical retail store.
In 2022, you showed what it means to be a responsible employer and partner. After losing your stores, offices, and warehouses in Kharkiv, you not only continued supporting the military but also stood by your team, helping with relocation, everyday needs, safety, donating more than a thousand gadgets to Ukraine’s defenders, and launching the HELP UKRAINE initiative to provide systematic support to the Armed Forces.
