In the third quarter of 2025, we achieved our highest results ever: Gallup Q12 – 90.2 %, eNPS – 97.3 %!
These figures are not only an absolute record for Kosmotech, but also one of the best results by international standards. For comparison, the global average engagement level according to Gallup is around 21%, while the global average eNPS is only 14% (with the index ranging from 100 to +100%).
These results show that the Kosmotech team is satisfied, motivated, and ready to recommend the company to others. This achievement is the result of the joint efforts of the management and all departments. Every employee’s voice matters. We create a company where people want to work and grow.
